          【环球网综合报道】4月28日，怀柔新城0103街区HR00-0103-6001地块土拍正式落下帷幕，中建智地以7.56亿元将其收入囊中，溢价率2.44%，成交楼面价约为1.69万元/平方米。
出让文件显示，该地块位于怀柔老城区龙山街道，距离怀柔区政府约1公里。用地规模3.19万平方米，地上建面约4.47万平方米，容积率1.4，限高24—36米。
从规划要求来看，该地块积极响应北京“好房子”政策导向。出让文件明确鼓励在建筑设计阶段精细化户型设计，提升得房率，打造高品质住宅。建筑材料鼓励采用绿色环保材质，避免大面积涂料，屋顶宜采用平坡结合形式。地块内绿地宜通过慢行步道融入整体绿化体系中。
